Body Composition Testing
InBody Test, a non-invasive, quick, and accurate body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water.
Assessing your body composition can help you reduce your risk for disease and allows you to understand each aspect of your body and not just a number.
VISCERAL FAT ANALYSIS:
Understand how much fat is surrounding your client’s organs. Elevated visceral fat levels are associated with increased health risks.
BASAL METABOLIC RATE:
It will calculate how many calories you burn per day while at rest.
SEGMENT ANALYSIS:
It will measure pounds of muscle and fat that are in each segment (right arm, left arm, torso, right leg and left leg). It will identify imbalances between corresponding segments and work to minimize any asymmetry.
The InBody Result Sheet displays your body composition measurements in a clear, easy-to-read way to make understanding your results simple.
Follow these simple steps before your InBody Test to ensure consistent testing conditions and the most accurate results:
DO maintain your normal fluid intake the day before
DO stand upright for at least 5 minutes
DO remove any socks or pantyhose
DO remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets
DO warm yourself up for 20 minutes in cold weather
DO use the restroom
DON’T eat or exercise for at least 3 hours
DON’T consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hours
DON’T shower or use a sauna
DON’T use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet
