Does Be Well NP Health Services accept insurance?
Be Well NP Health Services accepts Medicare and Medicaid. Cash, Cash APP, Credit Card, HSA/FSA also accepted.
What if I have insurance?
We are happy to see you even if you have health insurance. However, we do not bill health insurance for services provided. You can use your insurance for specialist visits, medications and diagnostic testing.
This “Direct Primary Care” model works extremely well for those who have high deductible health insurance plans. You are already paying for most of your health expenses out of pocket. Wouldn’t you like to save money on those services while receiving the highest level of care?
What does Direct Primary Care cost?
Individual Plan: $85 monthly
What services are included?
Acute care: Illnesses, hospital follow up, burns, cuts, sprains/strains, pain, rashes, allergies
Chronic disease management: high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, thyroid disease, high cholesterol, emphysema, arthritis, back pain, skin disorders
Preventive care: physicals for school/camp/work, pre-travel consultations, wellness examinations, EKGs, spirometry, in-office lab testing
Lifestyle counselling for promoting healthy changes
Preoperative examinations
Procedures such as cerumen removal
Video visits
Care coordination

How do I obtain Testosterone ?
A blood test for testosterone and a review of symptoms will help establish whether you have low testosterone. If you both decide that Testosterone is worth a try, You will need follow-up exams with regular blood tests to see how you're responding.
What are the symptoms of low testosterone?
Symptoms include but not limited to Reduced sex drive, Reduced erectile function, Loss of body hair, Less beard growth, Loss of lean muscle mass, Feeling very tired all the time (fatigue), Obesity (being overweight), Symptoms of depression.
What happens if low testosterone goes untreated?
If left untreated, low testosterone can contribute to low bone density or heart disease risk. But it doesn't have to — low testosterone is relatively easy to treat. The goal of your treatment plan will be to get your testosterone levels back into the normal range.
Can I live with low testosterone?
If you're dealing with depression, reduced sex drive, or other health problems, you might need to take a look at your testosterone levels. Low levels of testosterone can have multiple negative effects on your health and quality of life.
How long does it take to notice a difference with testosterone replacement therapy?
Most individuals will start to notice significant changes within 4 to 6 weeks of beginning treatment with testosterone injections, but some changes may actually be felt and seen much earlier.
Where is the best place to give yourself a testosterone shot?
Testosterone injections are typically intramuscular – that is, given directly into a muscle. Two relatively easy and accessible sites for intramuscular injection are the deltoid (upper arm) or the glut (upper back portion of the thigh, ie, the butt cheek).
What are the typical testosterone levels in Males?
Age: 7-10 Years old - 1.80 to 5.68 (in ng/dl)
Age: 13–17 years old - 208.08 to 496.58 (in ng/dl)
Age: 19 years and older - 265 to 923 (in ng/dl)
Should I avoid testosterone replacement therapy if I have certain conditions?
Guidelines from the Endocrine Society say you should not have TRT if you have prostate cancer or breast cancer.
Can testosterone replacement therapy treat ED?
If you have low testosterone, TRT may help restore your ability to have healthy erections and can boost your sex drive.
But ED has many other possible causes. Low testosterone may not be the whole story behind your ED. Contact us to determine what's at the root of your erection problems.
How long do I have to take testosterone replacement therapy?
Indefinitely. TRT does not cure low testosterone, so your symptoms may return if you stop taking it.
